The parametric design of STEULER-KCH firing trolleys provides the necessary flexibility and stability, making these systems ideal for use in, inter alia, automatic tunnel and muffle furnaces, and those with mobile hearth.

In order to meet the requirements of extreme mechanical loads, particularly on ‘long runs’ in tunnel furnaces, STEULER-KCH has developed a special plug-in system. The stable furnace superstructures are assembled without mortar, guaranteeing trouble-free operation. Special connections in the form of tabs/pins also compensate for heat loads occurring during the warm-up and cool-down phases.
